2. Assist clients in developing goals and specifications such as geographical, dimensional, functional, aesthetic and financials
3. Assist in analyzing lease or sales proposals submitted by sellers
4. Maintain potential property inventory list
5. Conduct a property inventory survey when needed
6. Review the inventory survey with the client and short-list properties for tour
7. Create a competitive process with prospective sellers and/or landlords
8. Coordinate a site tour
9. Establish with the prospective client a list of alternative sites for sale or lease
10. Determine if a lease termination or extension can be reached
11. Assist in developing a customized acceptable Request for Proposal (RFP) format that advocates the client’s interests
12. Assist with any letter of intent
13. Assist client’s full team for a project including the client’s legal counsel, accountant, environmental firm, space planners, insurance agents etc.
14. Work with the appropriate legal counsel for a lease or sales agreement
15. Assist with the development of financial analysis of proposals and operating expenses
16. Investigate any public economic tax benefits and environmental issues for the commercial end-user.

- Work with institutional and individual investors - guiding them in purchasing, 1031 Exchanges, and self-directed IRA’s.
